I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals and communities navigating diverse identities and relationships. My practice specializes in working with clients on issues related to gender, sexuality, polyamory, and general life transitions, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, understand, and embrace your authentic self. I work collaboratively with clients to address challenges, manage emotional well-being, and build healthier connections—whether that’s with themselves or others. I am here to listen, guide, and support you.
I approach therapy from a place of empathy, respect, and cultural humility. My goal is to empower you to make informed, confident decisions about your life and relationships, while creating a therapeutic space that is affirming of all identities and experiences. In my work with all ages I primarily use intersectional feminist therapy, meaning we reexamine societal norms and your experiences through a queer and feminist lens to support you in embodying your true self. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my work.
With kids and teens, I integrate expressive arts and play therapy interventions to help LGBTQ+ children and adolescents better understand themselves. I especially love helping children and teenagers communicate more effectively with family members and peers to foster empathy and understanding.
My career is informed by experience with my personal journey as a transmasc, queer and polyamorous person, plus my experience volunteering with local LGBTQ+ and ENM community organizations for over 8 years. I volunteer at conventions with Usagi Medical Group in my spare time, an organization that provides first aid level medical and mental health care in conventions spaces.
I am accepting new clients and my rate is $175/hr with some availability for sliding scale. I can also take Cigna and Aetna, you can check your eligibility to see what you'll pay on my Alma profile. I take Optum (UnitedHealthcare) insurance as well, email me to check eligibility.
